The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select one Professional Architectural Services firm to work with the Pasco-Hernando State College facilities project team which includes representatives of the Pasco County Schools (PCS), and the selected Construction Manager on a Performing Arts Instructional Center located at Cypress Creek Middle High School campus, 8701 Old Pasco Road, Wesley Chapel, Florida. The project budget is $15,500,000.00 inclusive of design, engineering, construction, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment costs. The Center will encompass both performance space with associated support areas as well as performing arts instructional classrooms, laboratories, and faculty and administrative offices. The selected firm will provide complete architectural and engineering services for the Performing Arts Instructional Center to include educational specification development, schematic/design development, project specifications, construction drawings, furniture placement, and construction administration.
