I am expecting an outside donor to send a scholarship check to pay for my tuition but it has not arrived yet and the fee deadline is approaching. What should I do?
Answer
PHSC must receive the check before it can be applied. First, check with to donor to verify when the funds where sent and that they were sent to the District office/West Campus location. A lot of times we find that the check has been sent to the wrong campus and has to be forwarded to the correct area. If it does not appear that the check will arrive and be posted to your student account in time, other arrangements must be made. If available, you can use TIP.
