Effective May 14, 2020, the College will post all Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Bid (RFB), Invitation to Negotiate (ITN), Request for Quote (RFQ) and/or Request for Information (RFI) documents through BidNet Direct’s Florida Online Bid System. Use the "Vendor Registration" link to complete the online registration. Vendors currently registered to this system do not need to re-register separately to respond to solicitations published by the College.
BidNet offers a free subscription or an annual paid subscription. The "free" option requires you to manually check the website and search for open bids. This option does not provide notifications. The "paid subscription" option allows you to register, set up email preferences and then if anything published pertains to the specific commodity codes you selected, you will receive an automatic notification from BidNet Direct. By registering on BidNet Direct you will have access to all agencies that use the same system.

The RFP 2025-01 for Cloud-based Telephone System has been canceled. After careful consideration, PHSC has decided to meet needs using existing State Term Contracts, which offer a cost-effective and efficient solution.
