PHSC has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements to disburse financial aid balances and tuition refunds for PHSC students. To receive your excess credit balance, you must have a refund selection set up with BankMobile Refund Choice. After a certificate or degree seeking student registers and pays for their first class, they will receive a 12-digit code through an email to the student.phsc.edu email address from BankMobile.
If you have not set up a selection preference, make sure the WISE online student system has your current mailing address, including an apartment number, if applicable, and your country designation. Please be advised, there is a 30-character limit on the street address. If an address update is necessary on your end, it will be sent to BankMobile that evening and able to set up your refund selection the following day.
Once you have confirmed your address information is correct in the WISE online student system, locate the personal code emailed to your student.phsc.edu email address. You will enter this code online during the preference setup. You should have received an emailed code during your initial entry into PHSC.
If you are in need of a new code, you can request one by visiting the BankMobile Disbursements refund selection web page and click on the 'Need a Code?' link. You will need to select Pasco-Hernando State College as your school and then enter your student.phsc.edu email address.
This is a one-time setup only. If you have previously established a BankMobile Account (or Higher One account prior to 2016) at any time during your journey at PHSC, you should then log in using your established email and password using the "Already Made a Choice? Log In" link on the BankMobile Disbursements refund selection web page.
If you require password assistance, contact BankMobile directly at 877-273-0702. For all other setup assistance, send an email to Financial Services.
For students who do not expect a financial aid disbursement or refund, selecting preferences is still important during the enrollment process to access future financial aid disbursements or refunds.
