Outstanding balances owed to PHSC, which remain unpaid, may be referred to a collection agency. If this action should occur, students will be responsible for any fees and costs incurred in the collection of the amount owed, which may be based on a percentage at a maximum of 28% of the debt, and all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred in such collection efforts.
All outstanding obligations will result in a hold on student’s records, diplomas and transcripts. The hold will also prevent any future registration activity.
