Outstanding balances owed to PHSC, which remain unpaid, may be referred to a collection agency. If this action should occur, students will be responsible for any fees and costs incurred in the collection of the amount owed, which may be based on a percentage at a maximum of 28% of the debt, and all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred in such collection efforts.
All outstanding obligations will prevent future registration for classes at PHSC and issuance of diplomas, or certificates, to which students may otherwise be entitled.
