Tuition Installment Plan (TIP)

To help you meet your educational expenses, PHSC offers a Tuition Installment Plan (TIP) through Nelnet, Inc. TIP is available to all degree-seeking PHSC students enrolled in credit courses and allows you to pay your tuition in installments. The earlier you enroll, the more payment options you have. TIP enrollment and payment dates vary specific to the semester term in any given academic year. After enrollment, you may use the manage your Nelnet payment plan link located in your WISE account under the pay fees tab.

Payment Method

  • Automatic bank payment (ACH)

Payments are processed on the 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.

Cost to Participate

  • $35-$40 non-refundable enrollment fee per semester depending on the number of payments (ACH and credit or debit card)
  • $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

Steps to Enroll in TIP

  • Have your eight-digit PHSC student ID and PIN available
  • Go to WISE and click on Pay Fees.
  • Select the term which shows the fee amount that you owe.
  • Click on the set up your Nelnet payment plan button to be directed to the Nelnet Campus Commerce website and follow the prompts to enroll.

Manage your Nelnet TIP account

  • Have your eight-digit PHSC student ID and PIN available
  • Go to WISE and click on Pay Fees
  • Click on the manage your Nelnet payment plan button

Availability

Availability is determined by the college. Please be aware that the college may elect not to have this available during specific times and dates during registration.

Do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through WISE using the manage your Nelnet payment plan link or call the Student Financial Services office at 727-816-3432 to confirm any changes.
