Tuition Installment Plan is available for select dates during full term registration. Mini-term registration can only be included in the Tuition Installment Plan if registration occurs during the available Tuition Installment Plan timeframe.

Tuition Installment Plan (TIP)

To help you meet your educational expenses, the Tuition Installment Plan through Nelnet, Inc. is available to all degree-seeking PHSC students enrolled in credit courses and allows you to pay your tuition in installments. The earlier you enroll, the more payment options you have. Tuition Installment Plan dates for enrollment and payment vary specific to the semester term in any given academic year. After enrollment, you may use the Nelnet payment plan link located in your WISE online student system.

Payments are processed on the 1st of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.

Cost to Participate

  • $35, or $40 non-refundable enrollment fee per semester (ACH and credit or debit card)
  • $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

Steps to Enroll in TIP or Manage Your Nelnet TIP Account

  • Go to, then select myPHSC
  • Select WISE icon
  • Log in to WISE online student system
  • Select Pay Fees
  • Select the Term and refresh
  • Click on the Setup Nelnet payment plan link


Availability is determined by the college. Please be aware that the college may elect not to have this available during specific times and dates during registration.

Do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through the WISE online student system using the Nelnet payment plan link. Submit general inquiries, and request and/or confirm any changes to the Student Financial Services.
