On Demand Statement

To view an "On Demand Statement" of your tuition and fees, along with your schedule, please complete the following:

Sign into the Bobcat Portal (visit the phsc.edu website and click "myPHSC" on the top navigation bar).
Open “Banner Student Self-Service” Dashboard
Click on “Account Information”
Click on the "Pay Now" button and it is will pass you through to the TouchNet Payment Portal.
You should be able to select the "View on Demand Statement" from that screen or click on the house icon on the top left and then select the "View on Demand Statement."
This will provide you with your Fee statement along with your schedule.
You will need to identify your course type (AA, AS, CP, CAT, EPI or BAC) using the instructions below in order to crosswalk your charges to each course.

Please note that your tuition and fee categories will be summarized by course type within Banner.

Using the below path will help with identification of the course type.

Sign into the Bobcat Portal (visit the phsc.edu website and click "myPHSC" on the top navigation bar).
Open “Banner Student Self-Service” Dashboard
Click on "Registration"
Browse Class Schedule
Pick the current term
Search by the name of the course you are registered for in the "keyword" field or enter the CRN in to the keyword field.
Click on the actual title of the course in the first column and a class details box will pop up.
Click the "attributes" tab on the left side. It will identify the following course attributes:
- Advanced and Professional (AA)
- Postsecondary Vocational (AS)
- College Prep (CP)
- Postsecondary Adult Vocational/Technical (CAT)
- Educator Preparation Institute (EPI)
- Baccalaureate (BACC)
